Meet & Assist Services - Terms & Conditions:
- All rates are exclusive for applicable tax.
- In case number of passengers exceed from the number stipulated at the time of booking, we
shall review the situation and may or may not extend the service for add-on passenger.
Charges must be settled before the service for add-on passengers.
- If a passenger is carrying more than 2 bags, details should be shared prior to service.

Cancellations and Refund policy
- Guest(s) can make a cancellation request by sending an email at bookings@dreamfolks.in bookings@dreamfolks.in
- Must notify in writing (Email) to DreamFolks with the booking details and a reason for cancellation.
DreamFolks shall review such cancellation request(s) for its authenticity and
once approved by DreamFolks, the service booking will be cancelled, and refund
process will be initiated. Necessary credit will be credited to the guest
subject to the deduction of applicable cancellation charges.
- Amount as per the cancellation policy will be refunded back to customer’s
bank account. Or, if customer agrees the amount as per cancellation policy
can be kept as Advance with DreamFolks for future bookings.
The applicable cancellation charges are as

Note:
- DreamFolks shall endeavour to process refund if applicable, within 15 days
from the date of cancellation and receipt of bank/credit card details. The
purpose of calculating cancellation charges, booking amount shall mean the
total amount (Including taxes) paid by the Facilitator/ Guest.
- In case of “No-Show” 100% of booking amount will be adjusted as cancellation
charges.
- Guest shall/must identify himself/herself to the our representative or call
on the number provided on service confirmation voucher. Guest must respond
to the placard carried by our representative at aerobridge/agreed meeting
point, no refund will be made if guest fails to identify/respond the
placard.
- AAI reserves the right to suspend these activities in case of a threat to
passenger security and safety. Under these circumstances DreamFolks will not
be held liable for non-execution of service.
- For any additional customer / guest, extra charges will be applicable.
- Buggy service under Platinum service will be subject to availability.
No refund will be made in case of the following:
- Wrong information about travel details of guest(s) during the booking
process
- No-Shows
- Booking amount paid for service add-ons
- Delayed/missed/cancelled flights
- Late arrival at the airport which results in denied check-in or boarding by
the airlines
- In case of any misconduct or any unlawful or prohibited activity by the guest(s).
